You join the waitlist
Today. Tell us about your hotel and we'll review fit. Most boutique hotels in our target range qualify.

We schedule onboarding
Within 4–6 weeks. A founder reaches out personally to walk you through setup, configure Manero for your hotel's specifics, and answer questions.
iii.
Manero answers your phone
About 1 week after onboarding. Once your knowledge base is configured and Manero is trained on your hotel, we forward your front-desk line and go live.
Common questions
We're onboarding waitlist hotels in small cohorts of 5 to 10 every few weeks. Most hotels who join the waitlist today will be live within 4 to 8 weeks. Greek-language hotels are onboarded first.
Manero has three tiers: Starter at €49 per month (100 included minutes), Boutique at €99 per month (300 included minutes), and Property at €199 per month (700 included minutes). No setup fees. All tiers include the full feature set. Additional minutes beyond your plan are €0.40 per minute if you enable auto top-up. Founding members from the waitlist receive a permanent 51% discount on their monthly subscription, locked in for life.
Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial so you can see how Manero handles your calls before you're charged.
Manero speaks over 40 languages and detects the caller's language automatically. If a guest calls in French, the AI responds in French. All languages are included on every tier.
If a caller asks to speak to a person, Manero will transfer the call to your designated contact during business hours. Outside business hours, the AI lets the caller know that nobody is available at the moment and offers to take a message so your team can call them back.
No, but we recommend one. Manero works with most major PMSes (Hoteliga, Cloudbeds, Mews, Apaleo, Protel) and can also work with Google Calendar or a manual availability sheet. We'll discuss what fits during onboarding.
We're starting with the Greek market. If you're outside Greece, you can still join the waitlist and we'll prioritize you in our second cohort (likely Q3 2026 onwards).
Yes. Joining the waitlist is not a commitment. When we reach out, you can decline, postpone, or proceed. If you become a customer, you can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard.
